Bomb blast while Lieutenant –General Ye Myint visits Mawlamyime

Mawlamyime (May 28)- While visiting Mawlamyime to transform the ethnic cease-fire group and splinter group into a Border guard force the military government from Nay Pyi Taw witnessed multiple bomb blasts. While Lieutenant General Ye Myint was in the city, at 10-AM local time a bomb blast occurred close to the river street in Shwetowm –section and another a bomb blasted near Mawlamyime Mountain. Local military security has said that there was a bomb blast close to the Mon state bureau of special intelligence that evening.
Because of those blasts, south east comment (G-1) lieutenant-Colonel Myo Myint may be blamed by the regime, MawlaMyine forces said. He is one of the grandsons of (prime minister of mining) General Own Myint.
Military security force commander in-chief Lieutenant –General Ye Myint was asked to reform the institution of the Karen splinter and Mon splinter arm group into Border guard force, one of Karen Patriotic Front officers said.
Lieutenant –General Ye Myint wasn’t appointed to the New Mon State Party (NMSP) thus, NMSP -Malamyime liaison officer said, “I deduce Lieutenant –General Ye Myint will not see the NMSP ladder.”
In the first week of March, the executives (ex) of NMSP president Nia Htaw Mon, vice President Nai Rot Sa, joint secretary Nai Chan Toi, ex- Nai Htar Wa Ra, ex-Nai Ta La Nyi, saw Military security force commander in-chief Lieutenant –General Ye Myint . NMSP leaders stated, “our 6th congress have made it a policy that NMSP will not accept the policies of Border guard force.”
Military security force (MSF) were doing more thorough investigations at the entrance of the town grate and checking all guests in the houses. Which group organized the blast? MSF will follow the case more than usual.
