SPDC spread the rumor to general public about the departure of Minister for Ministry of Construction Maj.Gen. Saw Tun was because of health problem but the whole country and people know the true story behind the case.Maj.Gen. Saw Tun is top of the list among other Generals as a champion of womanizer as contrast to his advance age (he is oldest General after Than Shwe and Maung Aye) and finally his own official wife Daw Myint Myint Ko cannot stand anymore so file the complain direct to Dictator Than Shwe personally. Than Shwe has no choice but to take action and Saw Tun was removed.Daughter of one of the Construction Department heavy vehicle driver, Ngun Zar Htwe was initially noticed by Minister because of her voice as she use to sing for Ministry’s propaganda song but finally end up as a favorite lover of old General. She was in the payroll of Ministry as daily wages worker at beginning as she is still not even passed the 10th standard exam yet. She gradually passed exam and studied at Monywa University of Economic. Upon graduation, she was immediately appointed as staff Officer after overtaking so many senior persons. She is presently about to promote to the rank of Assistant Director but removal of her lover general is in consequence of her downfall too.As a privilege of General’s lover, all her family members and relatives of almost 30 persons were appointed as service personnel in Ministry payroll. Her friends of good personality and skill with hospitality were also in the payroll and supported them with own bank account plus large amount of cash were deposited by old General. In return, they all are standing by for whenever the aging General requires their services and accompaniment. Among those selected beauty, some were faded away if she can’t keep good relationship with Ngun Zar Htwe and some were tried to grab the top post from Ngun Zar Htwe but can’t compete and then left behind and faded away. Ngun Zar Htwe is a junior in her department and knows nothing about her work but none of her senior dare to challenge her because of some previous example as those who dare to complain was transferred to remote area.General Saw Tun is famous not only for womanizing but he is an expert in taking bribe as all SPDC members consider him as a richest person in the gang. He is top of the longest serving minister in the Cabinet.When Innwa Bridge was built, most of the contracts were awarded to his family members, relatives and affiliates. That bridge was notoriously famous for not up to standard because of too much pilferages and use of non-quality materials. We heard of involvement by Than Shwe family members in construction of that Bridge too. So, when in the preparations for opening ceremony of that bridge, very brave and arrogance Lt. Gen. Ye Myint (drugs trafficker) was not dare to cross the bridge by foot because the bridge was terribly shaking under slight breeze. He is successfully retreated on half way through the bridge.On one dare to take an action to Gen. Saw Tun because of Than Shwe involvement in taking bribe for building that bridge. When Military Intelligent Chief, General Khin Nyunt was in position, he tried to take action to Saw Tun many time but end up with failure due to Dictator Than Shwe’s protection because they are coming from same place of Kyaukse and probably have some unknown relationship and give and take agreement between them.This time Than Shwe has no choice because Saw Tun own wife make complain with evidence of how he is performing adulterous act with Ngun Zar Htwe on the 12 days trip to Myitkyinar andPutao.Since Saw Tun departure, his unofficial wife, lovers and associates are end up in big slaughtering vengeance with many followers of Saw Tun were terminated from positions and some arrested. In voice versa, those kicked away by Saw Tun are now reinstated to belonging position, it was learnt.This is only a very small affair among very ugly events in the circle of SPDC and associates. They grab the power by support of guns and weapon from people and rule the country by such kind of unqualified, immoral and corrupted Generals. No wonder as Burma end up in the middle of the world as poorest and least develop country. Shame of you all Generals and supporters of SPDC.
