Dear editor

SHAN HERAL AGENCY FOR NEWS

I have been watching on the current military movements in the central and middle part of Shan State and become having the feeling of responsibility to say something for the people in the area. I strongly believe this is the crime against humanity.

At the same time, the western world and the United Nations just took a big leap to teach dictator in Libya by declaring no fly zone on that warring country even though some critics say that is too little too late. For more development I have just heard today, that the air strikes on Kaddafiโ€˜s forces are started to protect the people.

The same kind of dictatorial regimes ruling both Libya and Burma, we are unfortunately forgotten by the international community for not having any interest such as rich oil fields.

We both are suffering from crimes against humanity. Innocent unarmed people were killed. Reason of having the armed resistance, our people is targeted to be the victims of all military measures. Thousands became refugees and spread to the neighboring countries. However, because of we are in South East Asia and stay near the Asian Giant China, we are still neglected.
